Whether or not you are working with a provider that already uses Oova, we make sharing your information with them as straightforward as possible.
My clinician IS an Oova provider.
You will go through an extensive onboarding process when you download the app. One of the questions is, "Did a Clinic refer you." Select Yes, and then enter your clinician's clinic ID in the field. Your clinician should have provided the clinic ID.
If you are unsure of the ID, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the clinic name and your clinician's full name. You can continue with registration even if you do not have the clinic ID. You can enter it later.
If you have already downloaded the app and need to enter a clinic ID, go to Settings > My Profile > Did a Clinic Refer you (toggle ON) > Enter the clinic ID provided by your clinician > Save.
Once you enter the clinic ID, your clinician will be able to view your hormone levels and any information you track in your daily log.
My clinician IS NOT an Oova provider
Suppose your clinician is not an Oova provider, no worries. You will still be able to share your Oova data with them. You will do this by sending a PDF of your cycle report.
When your cycle report is generated, you may email the report directly to your provider. Each cycle report has an icon in the top right corner. Click here for more information about how to generate a report and send it to a doctor.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com.
