You can adjust, pause, or cancel your membership/subscription anytime by visiting our website and logging into your account.
Managing your Oova membership is easy! Just go to https://oova.life/account/login and log in with your username and password.
Please note that the Oova app is separate from the Oova website, so make sure you log in with the same username and password you used to set up your membership.

Forgot Password or No Account Found
If you are unable to log in, or you forgot your password, tap Forgot your password? below the SIGN IN button. Then, enter your email address and tap the RESET PASSWORD button.
If you see an error message that says "No account found with that email" when attempting to reset your password, then you may not have activated your account when you first set up your membership. You can either search your email account for this (try searching for the keywords "activate" and "Oova") or ask us to re-send this account activation email by reaching out to support@oova.life

Once you're logged in, you will land on your account page. Tap the Subscriptions button at the top or select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
The next page will show your most recently received order and your upcoming order (if there is one). Tap the Subscriptions button or select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu to view all active and inactive subscriptions in your account.
Tap on the subscription you would like to manage. On the next page, you can change the quantity of your order, the timing of your next order, your payment method, shipping address, email address, and phone number. You can also add a discount, skip an order, or cancel your subscription.

Change When Order Ships or Skip a Month
To change when your next order ships, tap on the "Next order" box. A window will pop up with a calendar for you to select when your next order ships. Choose the date you would like for your next order and select Update next order date button to save. This will update your future orders to ship every 30 days from that date. You can also choose to skip your next order without changing the day of the month your order ships by tapping the Skip this order button.
Order Extra Refill
Do you want to test every day of your cycle, multiple times a day, or want to have extras on hand? Tap the Order now button at the top of this page. A window will pop up, allowing you to confirm that you want to order. Tap the Order now button to confirm. This will also update your future orders to ship every 30 days from this date.
Change Payment Method
To change your payment method, tap on the Payment method box. A window will pop up with a list of the cards associated with your account. You can either select one of the listed cards and tap the Update address button or click the "+ Add payment method" text below. If you choose to add a payment method, this will bring you to another screen where you can enter your card and billing address. Once this is all filled out, tap the Add payment method button to save.
Change Shipping Address
To change your shipping address, tap on the Shipping address box. A window will pop up with a list of the shipping addresses associated with your account. You can either select one of the listed addresses and tap the Update address button or click the "+ Add shipping address" text below. If you choose to add a shipping address, the next window will allow you to enter your address and select a payment method to use. Once this is all filled out, tap the Save shipping address button to save.
Pause or Cancel Membership
To pause or cancel your membership, tap the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom of the page. A window will pop up asking if you would like to pause instead. You can either select an option for how many months to pause and tap on the Pause Subscription button or continue with canceling by tapping on the Cancel button.
The next screen will ask for a reason (optional) for canceling. If you'd like to share, you can select a reason, or you can tap the Next button to continue. The last screen will have a text box for any comments you would like to include with your cancellation. To confirm your cancellation, tap on the Cancel button.

After canceling, you will be taken back to the Subscriptions page, and your subscription will now be listed under the Inactive Subscriptions heading with the word CANCELLED on it.
