You can track more than just your hormone levels in Oova's app using the journal entry feature.
The Oova app's journal entry feature allows you to track any symptoms. You can choose to tack as many or as few factors as possible. To learn more about setting the attributes to track, click here.
Go to the Calendar in the app and select the day you want to enter new information. Next, click on LOG in the top right corner and enter the journal entry for that day—Click Save in the top right corner. Your responses have been recorded.
You can modify your journal entry by clicking on the date and making the necessary changes.
